It does not describe how Phren manages client information provided during an advisory engagement, which is governed by the Advisory Agreement and applicable regulations.

Through the contact form, Phren collects an email address, an optional WhatsApp number, and the message you choose to send.

The form asks only for the information needed to start a conversation. You are not asked for, and should not share, sensitive financial, account or identity information through this form.

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a first conversation. Your details are not used for marketing, profiling or any automated decision-making.

Phren does not sell, rent or trade personal information, and does not share it with any product provider or distributor.

Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered to Phren’s inbox by EmailJS, a third-party message-sending service. The service transmits your message to Phren and does not use the content for any other purpose.

This website may use aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how pages are used and to keep the site healthy. Analytics data is statistical and does not include the contents of any message or your financial information.

Phren retains an enquiry and the contact details provided for as long as needed to address it and any reasonable follow-up, and otherwise in line with its compliance obligations. Specific retention periods will be confirmed by Phren and reflected here.

You may write to Phren at any time to ask for access to, a correction of, or the deletion of the personal information you provided, or to ask how it has been handled. Phren will respond in a reasonable time.
